Deimco Finishing Equipment has hired John Boland as a Controls Technician and Josh Edel as a Technician. The positions were created to support the continued growth of Deimco Finishing Equipment.

RPM International Inc. announced that Lee A. Bowers, Vice President, Operations, for its Performance Coatings Group (PCG), has been appointed Vice President, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS). Mirroring the success of RPM’s center-led MAP to Growth program, EHS will become center-led under his direction. Bowers succeeds Kenneth M. Armstrong, who will retire from his role at the end of RPM’s fiscal year on May 31, 2022. Elizabeth F. Whited, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Union Pacific Corp., joined RPM’s board of directors. She will serve on RPM’s compensation committee and will stand for election by the stockholders at the 2022 annual meeting.

Effect pigment manufacturer ECKART GmbH recently appointed Andreas Gipp as its third Managing Director, completing the company’s management team.

Perstorp appointed Patrice Pinsard as the EVP, Strategic Markets & Innovation. In his new position, Pinsard will drive value creation and growth focusing on Perstorp’s portfolio of specialty chemicals. Additionally, the company’s CFO, Ulf Berghult, has decided to leave Perstorp and assume a new CFO position elsewhere.

Nouryon appointed Melanie Steiner, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inspirion Group, to the company’s board of directors. She will serve as a member of the board’s corporate responsibility committee.

Uni-Select Canada Inc. announced that Scott Tucker has been named General Manager, PBE Group for the Canadian Automotive Group (CAG). Tucker will be responsible for managing the operations of the Canadian PBE group, which includes the FinishMaster stores, Plastique Royal and the relationship with Uni-Select Canada members.
