Hexion Holdings Corp., the indirect parent of Hexion Inc., announced that Barbara Joanne Edwards was appointed a member of its board of directors. Her election became effective June 1, 2021.

Ken Zak is the new head of the Dürr Group’s Clean Technology Systems division. He succeeds Dr. Daniel Schmitt, who moved internally to join the Board of Management of HOMAG Group AG. Clean Technology Systems is responsible for the Dürr Group’s environmental technology business.
