Nippon Paint Automotive Coatings (NPAC) announced the appointment of Robert Angart as President and CEO of Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Inc (NPAA).

Stephen Antenucci, CPA, joined R.E. Carroll as Corporate Controller. The company also hired Lamar Green as the Operations Manager for the company’s Dalton, Georgia, location.

Dave Biletto joined Adsil Inc. as Operations Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company’s Daytona Beach, Florida, location.

LEHVOSS North America hired Marcelo Herszenhaut as Commercial Manager for its Surface Technology Business Unit. Herszenhaut is responsible for LEHVOSS’s rheology modifiers, functional fillers and polyester resins for industries including paints and coatings, inks, and adhesives and sealants.

Mayzo appointed Weihong Lang, Ph.D., to the position of Director of Technology, leading the company’s R&D efforts to expand and improve its specialty chemical product offerings.

Springer Industrial hired Allen Levine as a Technical Sales Representative providing sales and technical support to customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

The Shepherd Color Co. appointed Chris Manning President and General Manager following the retirement of John Marten after 26 years of service. The company also promoted Harshal Sanghani to Shepherd Color Commercial Segment Leader and Mike Musick to Shepherd Technologies Commercial Segment Leader.

Michelman appointed Jeffrey J. Prosinski, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at J.M. Huber Corp., to its board of directors.

Global chemical manufacturer OQ Chemicals named Albrecht Schwerin, Ph.D., as its new Chief Operating Officer. His core responsibilities include strategic transformation programs and the company’s sustainability initiative.

Frank Stevens joined Polygiene Group to fill the new position of Chief Operating Officer.

PPG appointed Joe Swingle as Senior Marketing and Pricing Manager of its protective and marine coatings business in the United States and Canada, and Kevin Morris as Infrastructure Segment Director of its protective and marine coatings business, also in the United States and Canada.
