Keyland Polymer UV Powder specializes in the development, formulation and manufacture of UV-curable powder coatings for heat-sensitive wood, plastic and composite substrates, as well as traditional metal. Keyland’s brand of powder, UVMax®, is available in epoxy, polyester and hybrid resin systems, and in a wide range of colors, glosses and textures. UVMax® Defender antimicrobial powder coating provides added protection for high-traffic environments.
UV-cured powder coating is a cost-effective, efficient, environmentally friendly and fast-finishing solution. UV powder is solvent free, nontoxic and doesn’t contain any volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).

The low-melt temperatures and instant cure allow heat-sensitive substrates that could not previously be powder coated now possible without damage to the part. Keyland Polymer’s R&D laboratory works with companies to develop and validate a complete coating solution for their product.
