This VOC-free hybrid range of non-metal, active anti-corrosion graphene additives extends the Genable 3000 dispersion series. Genable 3100 and Genable 3105 are optimized, formulation-ready dispersions that are easy to formulate, safe to incorporate and stabilized in a standard epoxy resin. Genable 3120 offers a more sustainable option in an eco-friendly, bio-based epoxy resin to boost anti-corrosion performance while contributing to environmental goals. The Genable technology delivers significant performance uplifts such as chemical resistance, barrier and anticorrosion properties.

CERAFLOUR 1001 and CERAFLOUR 1002 offer outstanding matting and surface protection in aqueous, solventborne and solvent-free UV coatings and printing inks, while maintaining high transparency. CERAFLOUR 1001 has a very fine particle size for maximum transparency. It is a biodegradable, micronized polymer with wax-like properties based on renewable raw materials and creates a soft feel effect. CERAFLOUR 1002 demonstrates the highest matting efficiency and, due to a larger particle size, enables the formation of a light surface texture.

Reactive emulsifiers for polymeric binders, Emulsogen® CPA 100 XS and Emulsogen CPN 100 XS help formulators achieve architectural coatings offering outstanding waterresistance and greater resistance to dirt pick-up and snail trails. They firmly “anchor” to pure acrylic or styrene acrylic binders to create stabilized, outstandingly hydrophobic, small-particle binders. These emulsifiers bring the advantages of a smoother, less disrupted binder production process. Because the binder has smaller, stabilized particles, there is less clogging or coagulation from large particles to cause slower stirring or a need for frequent cleaning breaks.

The NatureShield® line of bio-based surface modifiers includes various environmentally friendly emulsions, dispersions and natural oil blends designed to improve the weatherability of exterior surface coatings by providing water resistance and water bead to wood and concrete. When used as an alternative to synthetic surface modifiers in high-quality coatings, the technology demonstrates comparable or enhanced abrasion resistance, improved scratch resistance, and superior matting. These surface modifiers comprise significant levels of sustainable materials providing performance properties that meet or exceed the standard set by synthetic products in the marketplace.

VersaMix Model VM-600 is a 600-gal capacity, dual-shaft mixer designed for deep vacuum levels. The VM-600 creates a powerful suction that draws solids sub-surface, directly into the high-shear zone, minimizing agglomeration, floating powders and dusting. The second agitator is a Two-Wing Anchor equipped with hinged Teflon scrapers for consistent heat transfer across the vessel sidewalls and bottom. After the powder induction step, the VM-600 can handle a significant increase in viscosity because the combined mixing action of Anchor and High Shear Mixer ensures adequate turnover.
