Intersleek 1100SR biocide-free fouling control coating features patented slime-release technology that tackles micro-fouling on ships’ hulls. The technology maintains performance through the docking cycle without the use of biocides, and delivers outstanding macro and micro fouling control with improved static resistance, even in warm waters. Slime that builds up during docking is released when the vessel travels through the water, therefore reducing drag, improving fuel efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions. Launched in 2013, the biocide-free, foul release coating has been applied to more than 3,000 vessels.

The BM-series gear-drive bracket-mount mixers for medium- to heavy-viscosity materials in 30- to-55-gallon drums has an adjustable mounting bracket that fits steel drums from 18” to 31” in diameter, and tightens to the drum with a hand knob, so no tools are required. The mixers are available with air, electric, or variable-speed electric drive, totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC), or totally enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) motors from 1/2 to 4 HP. Electric variable-speed models feature a controller mounted on and prewired directly to the motor.

Model MX-10-AR abrasion-resistant rotary batch mini mixer blends up to 10 cu ft (283 ℓ) of aggregates, metal powders, pigments, sand, chemicals, reinforced thermoplastics, and other abrasive materials, with or without liquid additions, in ratios down to one part per million with total uniformity in two to three minutes.
