EPS® 2786 is a new all-acrylic polymer for high-performance gloss interior and exterior architectural DIY or professional paints. EPS 2786 is a versatile polymer recommended for use in semi-gloss to high-gloss enamels that require exceptional hardness and tack resistance in both white/pastel bases and fully tinted clear/neutral bases. It is ideal for institutional, commercial, or other high-traffic areas. Coatings formulated with EPS 2786 are capable of achieving same-day hot block resistance (50 °C) within hours of being applied, without the use of intentionally added fluorosurfactants.

ROSS
Offering a high level of precision and consistency, ROSS V cone blenders utilize diffusion as the main mechanism for mixing. As the V-shaped vessel rotates on its horizontal axis, batch materials cascade down, distributing particles over a freshly exposed surface. With operating speeds of 5 to 25 revolutions per minute, the line of tumble blenders can easily mix dry-solid blends (including high-density powders), low-viscosity slurries, friable materials, as well as formulations containing trace components and/or ingredients that are dissimilar in size, shape and density.

Ancamine® 2844 is a novel epoxy-cure hardener designed for plural-component spray applications. This high-functional aliphatic amine hardener sets a new benchmark with its ultra-fast-cure properties and rapid property development in challenging low-temperature and high-humidity conditions in marine and protective coating applications. Its ultra-fast dry speed allows for operations in temperatures as low as 5 °C, making it ideal for winter coatings and cold temperature applications.

Syensqo, formerly part of Solvay Group, has added a brand-new solution to its portfolio of Rhodoline® specialty coating additives. Rhodoline HBR was developed to enable the phase out of fluorosurfactants in architectural paint formulations. This innovative new product helps prevent freshly painted surfaces from sticking together, providing early hot block resistance, without negatively impacting other performance properties.

Cortec
VpCI®-368 is a solvent-based, temporary, wax-like coating that provides protection in harsh, unsheltered environments. It dries quickly to a slightly brown finish and protects at 2-3 mils (50-75 µm) DFT (dry film thickness). It can be removed with an alkaline cleaner or flash rust inhibiting cleaner. VpCI-368 can be applied to new equipment in transit or used equipment that needs to be laid up for applications such as rig stacking or other large preservation projects. It is often the default coating for stationary surfaces.

It is ideal for use as a topcoat and self-sealer resin in high-end interior wood 1K applications.
