EPS 2460 is a new all-acrylic polymer for flat through semi-gloss coatings. The resin was designed for factory-applied high-performance exterior pigmented wood coatings used in a wide range of applications such as decks, shutters, windows, and doors. It’s also a recommended choice for interior applications like kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The resin is also developed without the use of intentionally added fluorosurfactants.

The Chameleon pump minimizes downtime by offering quick and effective flushability, allowing for rapid changes between different paint colors and types. Its rotary-spur gears facilitate a smooth and continuous flow, eliminating the need for check valves, accumulators, and complex hydraulic circuitry that often introduce operational hassles and extra costs. PPG PRIMERON^TM optimal zinc epoxy powder primer is formulated with an optimized amount of zinc, providing better transfer efficiency than standard zinc-rich primers and corrosion protection that meets rigorous ISO C5 corrosivity specifications for use in high humidity and aggressive environments. The primer has a much lower specific gravity than standard zinc-rich primers (2.0 vs. 3.6), making it less dense and easier to apply. With a transfer efficiency of 85%, about half as much product is needed compared to a standard zinc-rich primer, saving costs and enhancing sustainability.

The CDA-300 Dual Shaft Mixer features two powerful agitators: a two-wing anchor agitator driven by a 20 HP TEFC high-efficiency inverter duty motor, and a high-speed disperser powered by a 60 HP TEFC high-efficiency inverter duty motor. The open disc blade of the disperser, which travels at roughly 5,000 feet per minute, is designed to induce vigorous turbulent flow. It creates a vortex into which dry ingredients can be poured for fast wetting. The anchor feeds product towards the high-speed disperser blade and ensures constant turnover, even as the batch gains viscosity.
